Who is My Bark Space Store?

  • Family owned and operated business, who strives to deliver outstanding customer service along with quality and safe products for your dogs. With years of experience working with animals through farming, vet nursing, wildlife care and aquaculture. Simone, one of the owners, also has a Degree in Biological Science, which helps to develop and locate quality products, which are safe for our dogs and our environment too.
  • The business was borne out of necessity to source dog treats for our highly allergic Old English Sheepdog, Cassie. Over 10 years ago, we discovered that she was allergic to chicken, preservatives and storage mites which are often found in dry processed food. Her allergy resulted in itchy ears and feet, constant ear infections and itchy skin. NOT MUCH FUN! Rather than rely on medication alone to treat her, we shopped around to find food and treats that would prevent or reduce further flare ups and also ease her condition. These were almost impossible to find…so “Cassie’s Choice” and later “My Bark Space Store” was born.
  • Cassie is the face of My Bark Space…she is the reason our business first began.bigpawslittlepaws_logo_head
  • She forms the basis of our store “logo”….a good resemblance, we think.
  • We also looked at sourcing products that are good for the environment and great for our dogs, with no nasty chemicals and designs which are safe for our best friends!

How long will delivery take – SHIPPING TIMES?

Many of our items are coming from our international wholesale partners who have warehouses around the world. They are primarily in Asia (Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong and China).
Please allow for 2-5 weeks for delivery of items in your order. If after 5 weeks, you have not received your purchase, please use our Contact Us form to advise us so that we can investigate your order.
All stock items are endeavored to be dispatched within 12 hours. Customised goods will be dispatched as per the instructions listed for each item.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once the order is placed, the goods will be packaged and dispatched, once payment is received. Tracking numbers will be provided via email, once the package has been dispatched from the warehouse.
